Child Therapy

Helping children navigate emotions, behavior, and life’s challenges is essential for their overall well-being. A therapy session is a supportive, interactive experience tailored to each child’s needs. Using evidence-based approaches, we provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to support children and their families. Our experienced child psychologists help children develop emotional resilience, improve coping and relational skills, build self confidence and foster positive mental health.

Play Therapy

Using specific play interventions to express emotions and develop coping skills.

Play Based Therapy

Engaging children in play along with other therapies to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques

Teaching children ways to manage stress and emotions.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Helping children identify and manage negative thoughts and behaviors.

Developmental Approach

Supporting the child’s growth through developmentally-appropriate strategies that nurture cognitive, emotional, and social skills.

Attachment Based Therapy

Focus on strengthening emotional bonds to promote healthy development, emotional regulation, and resilience.
